A few useful answers about Miqra, buying digital works and becoming a vendor.
Miqra is a selective digital marketplace for consequential ideas: works you can read, listen to, study and put into practice. Rootedness, Responsibility and Formation guide what belongs in the catalogue.
Miqra is a subsidiary owned by Tassel and registered under the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
Miqra’s focus is digital works such as ebooks, audio, video and downloadable study resources. Read each listing for its actual format, contents, permitted use and delivery details.
Foundational works express Miqra’s biblical and Apostolic foundation, including its understanding of kingdom responsibility and sonship as identity, belonging and maturity formed over time.
Applied works bring aligned practical, intellectual or professional knowledge into thoughtful action. Their authors do not need to share Miqra’s beliefs or use religious vocabulary; the work must still meet the catalogue’s standards.
We look for a credible source and grounded perspective, responsibility for the work’s claims and consequences, and depth that rewards study and practice. Popularity and revenue do not replace those tests.
Check the listing before buying for the file format and access method. Use the order confirmation and the purchase/access links made available in your Miqra account. If access is missing or a file will not open, email support@miqra.si with your order number.
Buying a work does not transfer its copyright or give permission to redistribute it. Follow the licence stated with the work. Contact the rights holder if you need a classroom, organisational or wider sharing licence.
The policy and catalogue described here concern digital works. Do not assume that a listing includes a printed book, physical shipping or print-on-demand; check the actual product description.
Eligible unused/unread purchases can be considered for a refund when you ask within 30 days of purchase. Email support@miqra.si with your order number. Miqra handles the request directly; the Refund Policy explains the full terms.
Report a faulty, incomplete or unreadable file within 30 days of purchase. Under the Refund Policy, Miqra will provide a working replacement at no extra cost. Include your order number and a short description of the problem.
Yes. Works bought at a discount are covered on the same terms as full-price works, including the 30-day window and unused/unread basis stated in the Refund Policy.
Start through the existing account and vendor-onboarding route. Account registration does not guarantee approval of a vendor or work. The Sell on Miqra guide and Publishing Policy explain the standards and responsibilities.
Authors, creators and authorised vendors may submit work they own or have permission to sell. The work must meet Miqra’s editorial standards, and its authorship, rights and description must be accurate.
Yes, unless you separately agree otherwise in writing. You grant Miqra the non-exclusive permission needed to list, promote and deliver an approved work; ownership remains with its rights holder. See the Publishing Policy.
The agreed split for eligible sales is 80% to the vendor and 20% to Miqra. Calculation details, applicable taxes or fees, refund adjustments and payout eligibility follow the terms agreed for your vendor account.
Use the withdrawal methods and eligibility shown for your vendor account. Timing depends on the agreed terms, settlement, refunds and the payment provider. Miqra does not promise instant withdrawals.
Email support@miqra.si. For a purchase or refund, include your order number and a brief description. For a submission, identify the work and the question. Never send your password.
